Condition: excellent except for some fading on the paper
Note: From Sudek’s personal album, where he pasted his favorite images from that period. He would use the album as a reference and if he wanted to print an image, he would cut out the photo and search for the negative. The first page of the album was inscribed in Sudek’s hand: “Little Pictures From My Amateur Years 1914-1917.”
Unique piece – very few complete pages still exist.
Provenance: Rudolph Gabriel, Sudek’s friend and caretaker
